Description |
W. & L.E. Gurley, Manufacturers of Civil Engineers & Surveyors Instruments, Troy, N.Y., USA. Compass Level in box with lots of parts. It was implied that this instrument was used by W.G. Wilson. He is in this picture somewhere!! Used when working on the railroad from Edgement, S.D. to Deadwood, S.D. in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The photo implies it was 1890. Photo will come with compass level!!
This is a pretty good piece!! I will answer any questions you may have & will also take some more pictures for you if you would like!! Just let me know what you want a picture of & I will snap one & send it to you!!
Please ask questions early!! I am not around a computer when the auction ends!!
I determine shipping costs by getting high bidders address & hopping online at the post office & getting an actual, insured shipping price!!!
!!!!!PEACE!!!!!

If you're the seller or the high bidder - now what?
Details for the seller and high bidder(s):
The seller should contact the
winning bidder(s) with information on the total cost, including shipping, and
where to send payment. The winning bidder(s) must pay the seller directly for
the item(s), and it is the seller's responsibility to fulfill the order when
payment terms are met. The binding contract of the auction is between the
winning bidder and the seller.
If the seller is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within 3 business days of the end of the auction, he/she may lose the place as winning bidder, and be at risk for receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, both of which can ultimately lead to suspension from eBay.
