TERMS: High bidder pays for shipping and

method is via Priority Mail from the US Post Office domestically.
Books can also be sent Media Rate upon request, though the transit
time is much longer. Insurance mandatory for books shipped
within the USA worth over $100.
- Air Parcel Post
internationally. Foreign orders for books worth over $50.00
must pay for insurance.
- Shipping fee will be
calculated at end of sale based on zip code/country destination and
winning price.
- Packing and handling is a flat $1.00 fee.
