Description

This is an antique Surveyor’s or Engineers Compass Level made by E.M Davenport, Philadelphia. Probably dates to around 1870s in age. As you can see it has its original box measuring 14.5x7x4 inches. The level is solid quality brass, the face diameter is 5.75 inches in diameter. The glass to the face has been restored at one time. It has the original brass cover to protect the glass. The level measures 14.5 inches in length. As you can see it has all the pieces to set it up underneath in the box. However, there are no legs. IT is in great condition.
