And reads as follows: A connected draft of three tracts of land situate on the waters of Town Creek, Colerain Township Bedford county. Surveyed on a warrant respectively dated 1794. The tracts of lands belonging to Jonathan Kerr, Daniel Kerr, and John Kerr, the tracts totaling in all nearly 1200 acres of land. The property owned around these tracts are owned by Robert Bradshaw, Mathew Taylor, Elisha Huff and David Kerr. Heavy paper but not of a laid paper nature. Still I have seen some late 18thc documents on this type of paper but it may be an early 1800s draft also.See Scans and you decide. CONDITION:...Document has some splits and holes as seen in scans, along with some toning on back to folds, tattered edges, minor blemishes. etc.This would look nice framed and matted handing on the wall of an old stone colonial....
