Great rare dag with a rare subject. Don't fall asleep on this one, buy it now is reasonable & someone will snag it quick. Gentleman has his transit & measuring stick. Dag fresh from a genesee pennsylvania estate recently purchased. Was told by lady that it was a relative that surveyed for the railroad. It is a 1/6 plate size. Case has some wear as pictured. Cloaked lady with a flower urn. Hinge looks to have been reinforced at some time. Minor fading to dag pictured. Light scratches as seen in photo to bottom area of dag, have to be at the right angle to see. Bright spots in picture from camera flash. Has some light spotting & fading pictured, but still retains a crisp image. Pictures basically tell it all. How many surveyors have you seen. All items shipped priority mail, insured unless otherwise stated. All insurance claims to be filed by buyer. Payment method, charge cards, paypal, billpoint, money orders, cashier checks, personal checks with a 10 day hold. Due to ebay shutdowns we retain the right to relist our auctions that end 3 hours prio! r to the outage.
