It appears everything is original on it, with liquid vials, both vanes, their screws, and the mounting hardware for the staff/tripod. It hasn't been buffed. About the only flaw I note is damage to the wooden box, where there are some loose pieces of wood.

A virgin piece that's right out of an estate.
