Description

ANTIQUE SURVEYORS CHAIN MEASURE INSTRUMENT

This is an Antique Surveyors Chain Measure Instrument that measures the Old Measurement of Links. It consists of 98 Metal Links that each measure 1 Link in Length and is approx. 65 Feet in Length and has Various Tabs attached along its length. Surveyors used this type of Metal Chained Link Measurement Instrument at the Turn of the Century, they are Hard to Find these Days. This Antique Surveyors Chain Measure Instrument is in Very Good Condition, there is some Surface Rust but this is to be Expected, it is a Great Piece of Surveying from the Past and Would Make A Great Addition to Any Collection.
