US 1792 Surveyor's Book Signed

This US printed Surveyor's Manual and Mathematical Tables was printed at Philadelphia by Joseph Crukshank.

His address is No. 87 High Street in the year 1792.

The book has leather re-inforcement and is complete. Overall condition is very good.

The book is signed by Christopher McAlphin 1807, and the blank leaves are filled with his notes and various poems written by him.

All fold outs and tables are complete.

The surveying manual is bound with a set of mathematical tables printed in 1794 by Crukshank.

The surveyor's book is 288 pages in total, and the mathematical tables are 60 pages in total, with fold outs.

The surveyer, McAlpin, is believed to have worked in the Ohio county.

A fantastic early American piece.
