This is a J.C.Ulmer antique surveying level. It measures 17 3/4" long with the barrel in & 20 1/2" long with the barrel extened. It measures 7 1/2" tall. All adjustments, lenses, ocular, glass tube level and ocular lense cover are in excellent condition! ~~~~~GREAT COLLECTORS ITEM~~~~~
