Description

I have a transit by W&LE Gurley Instrument Manufactory. It is in very good condition. All parts are in good working order. I believe it is from the mid to late 1800's. It comes, I believe in the original wood case with some small tools. Included with the transit is a tripod with a sticker reading W&LE Gurley - Troy N.Y. -- Pat. July 2, 1878. Also included is a 10 ft. measure pole. Everything is sold as is with no gaurantees. I know very little about survey equipment, but will try to answer any questions e-mailed to cmaul@wideopenwest.com. Payment will be made to PayPal and must be received within 7 days of auction end. All packing and shipping to be paid by buyer. Items are located in Grove City OH 43123. Thank you for checking this site.
