READS: Situate in Albany of Brunswick Township Berks County Surveyed to John Peirsol on warrant dated 18th March 1794. P. Henry Vanderslice. Other family names include: Frederick Spong, William Pearsol, Daniel Uttra(?), and Michael Trobs. Laid Paper C Taylor Watermark. 12 1/4" by 8". Folded into sixths, two pinholes along folds.
