1881 California Deputy Surveyor Certificate Presented to George Sandow, Deputy Surveyor of the United States for the district of California at San Francisco. Signed by Theo Wagner, US Surveyor General for California. Approximately 15 x 19.5 inches. Red seal and blue ribbon are affixed. Generally good shape some darkening around edges. Shipped priority mail $3.20.
