Situate in Paradise Township York County divided off a larger tract in right of Peter Baker for the use of Samuel Arnold the 7th of April Anno Domini on thousand eight hundred and four---1804, signed Wm Paterson(I believe it is Wm)I believe that the tarct they are talking about is the map at the top and the bottom map may not pretain to the transaction and was used for lack of paper. CONDITION:Usual folds light blemishes small holes at fold intersections and small splits at folds. SIZE:Approx. 8x13 inches. Buyer pays S&H&ins.
