THIS IS 118 YEARS OLD and it has some wear. Front and back cover of this softbound book are not attached. Except for the covers, the book is totally intact with no writing. The first page has some water stains (see scan), some pages near the back have a slightly darker color at the very top of the page from a water stain, and starting at the back of the book, something has eaten away at the bottom right corner of the book, getting smaller as it gets to the inside; the largest piece missing being 1" wide and getting progressively smaller. Pages age toned.

This is a fascinating and outstanding example of Engineering and Architecture tools used in the 1800's.
