Description

B K ELLIOTT SURVEYING TELESCOPE & BOX, 1800'S

Today, we'll be running 2 lots of antique surveying instruments, about which we are clueless. These pieces came from an estate, and we believe, are dated in the 1800's. This is the second of 2 similar lots that we're featuring today. This particular surveying telescope appears to be complete, and is housed in it's original wooden box. Although the telesope itself appears to be in VERY GOOD condition, the wooden box is a bit rough with some cracks and splits evdient. Although not perfect, the box is all there, along with the original leather strap, which is still intact. What's something like this worth??? Check out some of our other auctions, as well as our website for more quality collectables, coins and currency! Thanks for looking, and good luck!

Sorry, but we do not have the ability to combine auctions for a consolidated shipment, other than on a daily basis. Please pay for your items as you receive your high bid notifications from us. Items will be shipped promptly as they are paid for. It is the responsibility of the bidder to completely read the contents of our sales terms, read the entire auction description and to review any and all pictures that may be included. The purpose of a reserve auction is to protect both the seller and our consignors, but at the same time, encourage bidding activity. Reserves, where applicable, are agreed upon and set prior to the auction, and will not be divulged once the auction starts. Because of the enormous quantity of e-mail that we receive, requests for revealing reserve amounts will go unanswered. Please resolve any questions by EMAIL *before* placing your bid. Placing a bid constitutes your agreement with our terms. Click here for a more detailed explanation of our terms.

Details for the seller and high bidder(s):
The seller should contact the winning bidder(s) with information on the total cost, including shipping, and where to send payment. The winning bidder(s) must pay the seller directly for the item(s), and it is the seller's responsibility to fulfill the order when payment terms are met. The binding contract of the auction is between the winning bidder and the seller.

If the seller is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within 3 business days of the end of the auction, he/she may lose the place as winning bidder, and be at risk for receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, both of which can ultimately lead to suspension from eBay.
