Stunning Instrument - Wonderfully Restored

This is a exceptionally restored Berger 1B Transit with a Davis Solar Screen. The prior owner told me that the Davis Solar Screen glass was missing (everything else was present), so the restorer fashioned a new piece of glass.

The optics work on this instrument, and the instrument turns freely. No surprise give the incredible condition of this instrument.

I have the box but not tripod for this instrument .

A copy of Berger's purchased order is attached below, which is a really neat item if you are going to display this wonderful instrument. The original purchaser National Blue Paper Company, which presumably purchased this instrument at a wholesale price and later sold this instrument to one of its retail customers.
